Governance

The OVERTAKE ecosystem aims to gradually decentralize control over its core economic parameters through a structured governance model. In the first year following launch, the platform will prioritize stability and performance optimization. During this period, governance-related functions will be overseen by the core team and the TAKE Foundation, with a focus on calibrating key parameters such as buyback ratios, reward allocations, and activity score weights based on real platform data.

Once a stable foundation is established and data-driven insights are accumulated, OVERTAKE will begin transitioning to a community-driven governance structure. This may include token-based voting, delegate systems, or other mechanisms that empower stakeholders to participate meaningfully in key decisions.

Governance responsibilities may include:

· Adjusting fee and reward distribution parameters

· Approving new token utilities or platform features

· Allocating treasury resources and ecosystem grants

· Managing long-term token and economic policies

This phased approach allows the ecosystem to remain agile in its early stages while ensuring a clear path toward sustainable, community-aligned governance in the long term.
